Workshops typically meet once a week for three weeks. They include live sessions with instruction, strategies for writing, time for writing, group discussions and reflections, as well as detailed individualized feedback on 4-5 pages of your writing. And then, anyone can pursue further individual consulting sessions.

Group sessions can be organized according to your needs. Some possibilities are:
- Catherine will meet with a group once for two to three hours to present her holistic-developmental approach to writing and discuss strategies for writing. Group sessions also include questions from group participants, as well as discussing and reflecting on varied writing issues. Catherine can also provide individualized feedback on writing samples to any group participants who want feedback.
- Catherine will meet with a group several times (number of times decided by the group) for one to two hours at a time. She will discuss writing from a holistic-developmental perspective and present strategies for writing. Group sessions can also include questions from group participants, time for writing, as well as discussing and reflecting on varied writing issues.
Any model of group sessions can be combined with individual consulting sessions for anyone who wants them.
